Annual Wurst Golf Fest
When: Monday, September 27 � 1 p.m. shotgun start
Where: The Golf Club at Twin Creeks in Allen, Texas
Underwood Perkins, P.C. � partnered with certified public accountant and financial advisor firm Cornwell Jackson � is thrilled to name City House as the sole beneficiary of this year�s Wurst Golf Fest.
Located in Plano, City House�s mission is to provide emergency shelter and transitional residential services to children and young adults who are in need due to abuse, neglect or homelessness. They provide a complete suite of intervention and prevention services to their clients, including
- An emergency shelter for the children (newborn to 17 years)
- Transitional living program for young adults
- Life skills education
- Education assistance
- Clothing closets and food pantries
Their vision is that every child, youth and young adult develops the skills and confidence he or she needs to succeed in life, especially while coping with difficult relationships and circumstances.
